So I’ll start by introducing myself, I’m Abby and I live a Low FODMAP life (makes it sound like an AA meeting haha.).

I also think you should know my reason for setting up ‘Its A Gut Feeling’ so here goes… I wanted to help people who are suffering as I was. I was lucky enough to find out about the Low FODMAP Diet and it has changed my life completely. I can now sit comfortably and relaxed with friends and not have to tense every part of my body just to feel like I have control over it, and miraculously my acne has cleared which I had suffered with for nearly ten years, I now go most days make up free without feeling one ounce self conscious.

The hardest part for me was finding tasty meals to cook each day and also ensuring that I replaced what I was eliminating from my diet. So I have set up this website of delish Low FODMAP, Gluten Free, IBS safe recipes and a regularly updated Blog of tips and any handy information that I discover… so It’s easier for you guys to cook lovely meals from breakfast through to dinner.
